How much does it cost?

Every client and project are unique, just like their budget. We will work together to build a budget that takes into consideration the value of the home, the investment you would like to make, and the desired level of luxury. We will prioritize your wish list and make the most of your budget.

My services are billed hourly and are itemized for full transparency.

How long does it take?

Major construction projects take time and clients need to be prepared to be disrupted in their daily life. I tell my clients “renovations aren’t for the weary”. Expect 12 weeks for a kitchen or bath project to be completed.

There are many factors to consider with timelines:

  • Custom items take time to be made and delivered

  • Items shipped from overseas often encounter delays

  • Construction must be done in a particular order meaning waiting for trades to finish and inspections to be completed

  • Detailed craftsmanship takes time

Smaller jobs such as painting or new soft furnishings can be competed on a shorter timeline but it is always a good idea to discuss upcoming events or deadlines with your designer and tradespeople.

I am located in St. Louis, Missouri and most of my clients are in the central corridor. I also work remotely and have completed projects in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and Tennessee.
